WHO I am

Federico Stirpe graduates in Physical Education and Sport Science  at the University of Pisa with the thesis

"The core training in the prevention and pubalgia recovery in football players".
Since the second year of university began to collaborate with the football club Oratorio Don Bosco, one of the most renowned in Massa-Carrara, where he will follow the athletic training of young and regional junior athletes for 2 years.

From 2012 to 2016 begins a wonderful experience in FIGC-SGS Federazione Italiana Giuoco Calcio-Youth and School Sector) where he becomes school activity responsible Massa-Carrara province coordinating the project "I valori scendono in campo" in schools of territory; thanks to this project he teaches football school instructors allowing them to teach in primary schools.


He will work as a Federal Technician in several schools in the province.
In addition, he will teach in the CONI-FIGC basic trainer course.
The work in FIGC gives him the opportunity to become a BLSD trainer throughout Tuscany.


At the same time he holds the position of athletic trainer in the Carrarese Calcio youth sector where he will train, for the first year, the National Professional Junior Athletes and the following year the Berretti team in the national professional championship.
He is currently responsible for the athletic training of Don Bosco Fossone society in Carrara, curating basic activities.

In 2013 he began to collaborate with the SHAPE Wellness gym, in Marina di Pietrasanta and consequently in motorsport.

From this moment he begins a series of great professional and human experiences.


In 2014 he made his first experiences in the European Formula 3 championship in the circuits of Nurburgring, Jerez de la Frontera and Monza.

He will participate at the 24 hours of Spa-francorchamps.
Between the end of 2014 and the beginning of 2015 he worked in the official Formula 2 tests in Abu Dhabi and in the Formula 1 support race in the Bahrain desert. He will follow the official tests and some GP3 world championship races.
In this period, he deepens his professional training through specific courses organized by institutions such as ELAV, Core Training Italia, FIPE and CONI where he obtains the qualification of sports massage technician (decontracting, pre-race and post-race).

In 2015 he toured Europe for different races and tests. He worked in circuits like Silverstone, Hockenheim, Barcelona, ​​Estoril, Brno and Assen and many others.
At the same time, he follows the physical preparation of several drivers of different categories from all over the world.

In 2016 he experiences  official tests in the WEC with Toyota LMP1 at Paul Ricard in France, in the European championship of BossGP and again in Formula 2 in Abu Dhabi.


In the following year he collaborates with Porsche in Asia where he will follow the training camp and official tests in Shanghai and the races in Singapore and Shanghai.
He will finish the year with the LMP2 tests in Bahrain.


He starts the 2018 with an incredible experience in one of the most important races in the GT category worldwide, working for Porsche in the 12 hours of Bathurst in Australia.
Federico is also a teacher of AFE Adapted Physical Education for cardiopathic patients in Lido di Camaiore and teacher of physical education in primary schools.
At the SHAPE Wellness gym, he found the ideal place to train and take care of clients helping them to achieve their goals.
